6 days Murchison Falls, Kibale, Queen Safari: Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: From Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park
Depart for Murchison Falls National Park after your breakfast meal, you will then drive north
of Uganda you will arrive in the afternoon having driven for about 5-6 hours and the drive will
give you a good insight into Uganda’s destinations. Have a lunch stop in Masindi town. Then continue
through the park stopping at the top of the falls which has a magnificent sight. On arrival check into
the hotel for dinner and overnight

Day 2: Explore Murchison Falls National Park
Eat your breakfast and then be transferred to the northern part of the park for a game drive. Have Views
of Elephants, Buffaloes, Bushbucks, Lions, and a variety of bird species. Have lunch and there after proceed
for a two-hour launch cruise up to the mighty Murchison falls where water escapes from the narrow gorge, you
will have a chance to see the amazing hippos, crocodiles, water birds along the river banks. Back for dinner
and sleep over

Day 3: Drive to Kibale Forest National Park
Have breakfast ready with your packed breakfast proceed to Murchison falls via Masindi and Hoima past Lake Albert.
Have a view of the Albert rift on a clear day. Drive towards the legendary ‘Mountains of the moon’ as you pass through
the tea plantations to Fort portal, drive on and on arrival have dinner and overnight

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest National Park
Rise up early so as to have breakfast and head to the park headquarters for briefing and there after penetrate through
the forest so as to start the search for the delightful habituated chimps, on finding them watch as they squabble and play
in trees. You will see some other primate species like the red Colobus monkey, the rare L’Hoest, blue monkey, grey mangabey,
pottos, black faced vervet monkeys, baboons and also bush babies. After the activity head back for lunch and transfer to
queen Elizabeth national park via the Northern crater Area which has beautiful lakes and rich grasslands. On arrival check
into the lodge for dinner and overnight
Day 5: Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park
Eat breakfast then you will be driven to Kasenyi Area of the Park for an early morning game drive. Look out for see numerous
elephants as well as water hog, lions, hyenas, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, bushbucks plus the salt lakes. Drive back to the lodge
for your delicious lunch, meal and in the afternoon take on a boat trip along the Kazinga Channel which gives you the opportunity
to view wildlife up close like the hippo’s huff mere feet away from the boat, buffalos. The channel shores are also home to a
range of birds inclusive of which you will find pink backed pelicans, pied and malachite kingfishers, saddle billed stork and a
lot more. After this magnificent afternoon activity, have dinner and overnight
Day 6: Drive to Kampala from Queen Elizabeth National Park
Following your breakfast meal, you will then drive back to Kampala have lunch stop and shopping on arrival in the city center
you will be transferred to the airport.

Yellow fever & malaria prophylactics are required.
Visas
Most nationalities require a visa to enter Uganda which can be
obtained on arrival for USD50 per person, single entry. Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
