Uganda Primate Safari Overview

5 Days Uganda Primate Safari is a perfect combo of chimpanzee and Gorilla trekking experience. Blended in, are multiple wildlife species through navigation of the Kibale Forest National park in search for chimps and Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park for Gorilla treks.

Primate lovers have adeptly taken on this Chimpanzee-Gorilla combo for the purpose that it offers to their expectations and alternatively budget friendly.

Uganda Primate Safari Itinerary:

Day1: Arrival

Arrival at Entebbe International Airport and transfer to hotel for overnight.
Accommodation at Airport Link guest house.

DAY2:Transfer to Kibale forest.

After breakfast, you set off to Kibale forest National Park. You will go for an afternoon chimpanzee trek for 3 to 4 hours and later check in at Kibale Bweza Lodge. Drive time 6hours

DAY3:Transfer to Bwindi forest.
You will visit the Bigodi swamp for 2hours in the morning then set off to Bwindi forest. You will have lunch in Ntungamo and reach late afternoon at Gorilla bluff. Drive time 7hours.

DAY4: Gorilla Trekking and Lake Bunyonyi.

This day is for Gorilla tracking experience and physical fitness is highly recommended. You will walk through the impenetrable forest of Bwindi yo meet the gentle giants in their natural habitat.
After tracking you will drive 4hours to Lake Bunyonyi so that the next day you reduce on the driving time to Entebbe

Accommodation at Overland resort.

DAY5:To Entebbe and Equator stop.
After early morning breakfast, you will set off to Entebbe with a stop at the equator point for Lunch. Here you will have time for pictures and souvenir shopping. You will reach Entebbe to freshen up and transfer to the Airport after dinner.

End of the trip.
