Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by our driver-guide and transferred to Airport Link Guest House for overnight accommodation.

Day 2:Entebbe to Jinja

Depart for Jinja in the morning, stopping at Mabira Forest for a nature walk and birdwatching. After lunch at your hotel in Jinja, enjoy a guided tour of Jinja City, known for its historical significance and charming architecture.

Day 3:Jinja

Visit Itanda Falls for a spectacular view of the Nile’s rapids. On the return, explore Kilombero Weavers, a local community renowned for its handmade fabrics.

Day 4: Jinja to Sipi Falls

After breakfast, take a boat tour to the Source of the Nile before heading to Sipi Falls, with a lunch stop in Mbale. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Karamoja plains upon arrival.

Day 5: Sipi Falls

Embark on an easy hike to explore the beautiful waterfalls in the Sipi area. In the afternoon, experience the traditional process of coffee farming, from cultivation to brewing.

Day 6: Sipi Falls to Moroto

Drive to Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve for a game drive, with opportunities to see giraffes, hartebeest, and ostriches. Continue to Moroto for overnight accommodation.

Day 7: Moroto to Kidepo Valley National Park

Visit Nakaperimoru in Kotido, the largest village in East Africa, and interact with the Karamojong people. Continue to Kidepo Valley National Park, known for its remote beauty.

Day 8: 30th November – Kidepo Valley National Park

Enjoy a morning game drive in the Narus Valley, home to lions, cheetahs, elephants, and more. In the afternoon, take a nature walk with a ranger guide.

Day 9: 1st December – Kidepo Valley National Park

Spend another day on game drives in Kidepo, maximizing your chances to observe the park’s diverse wildlife and bird species.

Day 10: 2nd December – Kidepo to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, travel to Murchison Falls National Park. Check-in at Pakuba Safari Lodge and relax in the afternoon, with an optional swim.

Day 11: 3rd December – Murchison Falls National Park

Embark on a morning game drive to spot lions, leopards, giraffes, and more. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Nile, offering views of crocodiles, elephants, and the powerful Murchison Falls.

Day 12: 4th December – Murchison Falls National Park

Partake in another game drive in the morning. After lunch, relax at the lodge before an exciting night game drive.

Day 13: 5th December – Murchison Falls to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Visit the top of Murchison Falls and continue to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Participate in a guided walk to see the rhinos up close.

Day 14: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to Entebbe

After a morning nature walk in the sanctuary, drive back to Entebbe, arriving in the early evening.

Day 15: Shoebill Tracking in Mabamba Swamp

Track the rare Shoebill in Mabamba Swamp with a local guide. Return to the guest house for lunch and prepare for your departure.
